 The
vines are grown in strict observance of organic cultivation parameters.
No use of chemical fungicides, weed killers or fertilizers is allowed
for both the land or the leaves in full respect of nature.
This cultivation technique is more difficult and risky but gives excellent
and rewarding results on the final product.
 As
a conclusion a curiosity about our vineyard. At the beginning of
each vine row a rose has been planted. The rose is subject to vine
diseases but these become evident three days before than on the
vine. Therefore we have time enough to intervene with organic remedies
often saving the harvest.
